This policy brief is the first edition of the Parliamentary Policy Brief series and gives a good overview of the Global growth in  in emerging market and developing economies (EMDEs). It reflects receding obstacles to activity in commodity exporters and speaks about downside risks to global growth include increasing policy uncertainty in major advanced economies and some EMDEs, financial market disruptions, and weakening potential growth.
