This publication of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) examines the anti-corruption policies in Asia and the Pacific. More precisely, the progress in legal and institutional reform is tackled. In the first chapter, attention is given to preventing corruption in public administrations, the political sphere, and the business sector. The second chapter takes a closer look at the sanctioning and prosecuting of corruption and related offences. The third and last chapter focus on the role the public could play in the fight against corruption.
