Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy has said that the draft state budget for 2018 has already been posted on the website of the Ukrainian parliament.
He said this at a meeting of the parliament's conciliatory council, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The draft state budget for 2018 has already been published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, and everyone can examine it," Parubiy said.
As reported, on September 15, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft law on Ukraine's state budget for 2018 and immediately submitted it for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
The document contains proposals on raising wages for teachers and doctors. Other priorities include energy efficiency, the agricultural sector, national security and defense, and the continuation of decentralization.
The Cabinet of Ministers set GDP growth in the document at 3% and inflation at 7%. The draft state budget for 2018 stipulates the allocation of UAH 163 billion for the state's security and defense.
The repair of roads is also a priority, with UAH 44 billion to be spent for this purpose.
