The Guidelines for Parliamentary Research Services, a joint publication between International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) and the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), are now available in Portuguese.
Well-resourced parliamentary research services are one of the pillars of an effective parliament. Being a source of independent, unbiased and non-partisan analyses, which contribute to the economy of the parliament, their value cannot be overstated.
The original document was translated into Portuguese by the European Parliament. The translation was revised by the Pro PALOP-TL SAI project.
