Assignment: The consultant will assist the Parliament of Moldova, its MPs and staff in the implementation of anti-corruption activities through different platforms – the Moldova chapter of GOPAC and the Parliament’s Anti-corruption Action Plan. He or she will strengthen the Parliament’s capacity to prevent corruption, with targeted improvements within lawmaking, oversight of the executive and budgetary control. The consultant will assist in the creation of necessary mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of the Parliament’s Anti-corruption Action Plan. He or she will be required to support the Parliament of Moldova in finalising the draft law on the MPs' Code of Conduct and Ethics based on international best practice and experience of national Parliaments in Europe.
