The programme of the First Global Forum on Youth Policies has been jointly developed by all co-conveners, the United Nations Secretary General’s Envoy on Youth, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Council of Europe (COE), with the hosting Ministry of Youth and Sports in Azerbaijan and the team of youthpolicy.org.  

The Forum will take place in Baku from October 28th - 30th 2014.
