The objective of this paper developed by Directorio Legislativo and ParlAmericas is to provide a regional overview of actions to adapt parliamentary work during the pandemic, while presenting specific recommendations from an Open Parliament perspective. These recommendations may serve as a recommendation to ensure that legislative work is based on the principles of access to public information and transparency, accountability, civic participation, and ethics and probity, even during COVID-19 pandemic.
