This is questionnaire submitted by NDI regarding minimum legislative standards. The responses will provide a clearer sense of the state of the concerned legislature, and will lay a foundation from which NDI, the legislature and dedicated citizens can collaborate to create possible steps to further strengthen and enable the elected body.
