The article states the importance of media as a tool to break the walls of isolation between politics and citizens. Parliamentary media thus play a central role in this article. How to define it, its importance, its connection with parliamentary functions, media attitude towards MPs and factors affecting parliamentary press are examined chronologically. The author concludes with some recommendations.
