This report is intended to highlight some of the pertinent issues discussed in Parliament. Recommendations are made by Parliamentarians, Auditors-General and representatives of international organizations and civil society. They focus on framework, capacity, mechanisms of oversight, relationship between parliament and the auditor general and, more generally, on the ways to ensure accountability.
