Kyinzom Dhondue is an activist and a proud member of the new generation of Tibetans living in exile working to advance the Tibetan freedom struggle, to uphold their unique culture and identity, and to protect the Roof of the World from climate change and environmental degradation. For the last eight years, she has been working with the Australia Tibet Council to build support for Tibet in the Australian Parliament, mobilize public support, and deepen awareness of the situation in Chinese-occupied Tibet. She is the first member of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile representing communities in Australia and Asia (excluding India, Nepal, and Bhutan).
