Navigating freedom of expression, freedom of information, cancel culture and hate speech to uphold human rights and foster social cohesion

The IPU, in partnership with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and the International Panel of Parliamentarians on Freedom of Religion or Belief (IPPFoRB), is organizing a webinar series. These webinars will bring together international experts and parliamentarians to discuss religious or belief-based hatred and share effective practices for addressing it. The goal is to provide parliamentarians with the skills, tools, and confidence to confront religious hatred in their specific contexts.
