This document sketches the anticorruption policy of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Three objectives receive a central place in this strategy: first, supporting competitive markets, and efficient, effective, accountable, and transparent public administration; second, supporting promising anticorruption efforts on a case-by-case basis and improving the quality of the ADB’s dialogue with its developing member countries on a range of governance issues; and third, ensuring that the ADB’s projects and staff adhere to the highest ethical standards. This policy is further outlined in this paper, accompanied by a chapter dedicated to answers to commonly asked questions.
