This report covers the Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II). It provides a summary of the review findings, outlines the process used for developing this action plan, highlights important messages from the contributors that influenced the shape and approach of GACAP II and identifies key requirements. The purpose of this action plan was to improve the performance of the Asian Development Bank in the implementation of the governance and anticorruption policies in which ADB is active.
