Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) programmes are tailored to support Parliaments as democratic institutions and, more widely, to promote parliamentary democracy.  This report details the CPA’s involvement in Africa and presents both past and future projects, outlining how CPA approaches and develops parliamentary strengthening initiatives in Africa.
