This book presents a comparative oversight of the rights and duties of Arab parliamentarians in the light of Arab parliament’s bylaws. The study discusses the sources of rights and duties of parliamentarians, members of parliament’s rights to join parliamentary committees, speak in general assemblies and committee meetings, and submit draft laws. The study also compares the Arab parliament’s bylaws concerning parliamentarians’ oversight role of the executive power, parliamentary immunity, resignation, and their duties in attending parliamentary sessions.
