The Swiss Parliament hosted the second annual meeting of OECD parliamentary budget officials in Bern, 11-12 February 2010. The agenda of the meeting included: Roundtable on Recent Parliamentary Budgeting Developments, Fiscal Rules in Light of the Global Financial Crisis, Restrictions on Parliament’s Role in the Budget Process, Dynamic Scoring, Parliamentary Budget Offices, and Report by the OECD Secretariat.
