This publication fits in a Compendium for teaching at the Catholic University of Angola (UCAN) and consists of an overview of the topic of Public Sector Ethics and presents a selection of original, state-of-the art international journal articles and other written material on the subject. There is a strong emphasis on the introductory (background) paper of the compendium, providing students and teachers (new on the topic) with an introduction that is relatively comprehensive and detailed, demarcating the sub-issues and debates on public sector ethics.
