This report details the findings of the CPA-DFID organized conference on Legislative Strengthening in Nigeria.  It lists the following aspects in particular as requiring urgent attention: Parliament and its Role in the Budget Cycle; Pro-Poor and Gender-Sensitive Budgeting; Civil Society as a Partner in Oversight.
