This report identifies solutions and options for reform based on the mechanisms which would strengthen Parliament’s ability to carry out financial scrutiny. It identifies also the changes needed to ensure that this scrutiny work has more impact. The report contains conclusions and recommendations focused on different fields where the scrutiny work is exercised and how to develop a scrutiny culture.
