Session to launch the Legislative Openness Working Group (LOWG). The group is intended to deepen the exchange of knowledge across governments, parliaments, civil society and international institutions on the opportunities and challenges associated with opening the legislative process.

This will serve as a formal launch and allow the members of the LOWG to define their goals and objectives as a working group.
