This Participant Handbooks shares the executive summary, terms of reference and agenda of the High-level Working Group for Analysis and Discussion of Legislative Oversight Budget Documents of PALOP and Timor-Leste.  This Working Group was organised in Maputo from October 28-30, 2015, in the context of the Pro PALOP-TL SAI project.
