This study examines how effective parliamentary involvement in the PRSP process has been and what impacts the interventions of the Parliamentary Centre have had on PRS implementation and policy, with specific focus on the budget process, in 7 countries. To answer to those questions, the paper investigates into the role of the Parliament in the budget process and the different mechanisms to input into the budget process.
