This presentation discusses first the survey methodology in terms of questionnaire and interviews and then presents the testing of survey tools. Countries in which the survey took place are Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru and Serbia. The presentation gives some examples of the results in the different countries. Finally, it outlines what steps should follow next.
