This is a presentation by Deepak Gupta of the Sustainable Energy Foundation on renewable energy financing.  It discusses in particular the link between financing and policy-making.

The presentation was delivered in November 2014 at the Jordan hearing of the Parliamentary Action on Renewable Energy (PARE) project, jointly organised by the United Nations Development Programme and Climate Parliament.
