Report of the Workshop on e-governance held in Peru in 2008. The report aims to raise awareness among APEC economies of the role of ICTs as an enabler for good public sector governance for structural reform. It also shares the relevant knowledge, experiences and lessons learned from different perspectives for better use of technology to drive good public sector governance.
