Parliamentary diplomacy has become a recognized function of elected members and this paper of Parliamentary Centre discusses possibilities to strengthen Canada’s participation in inter-parliamentary activity. The authors discuss the growth of inter-parliamentary activities, examine the current situation in Canada and think of innovative ways to involve members in parliamentary diplomacy.
