This bulletin of the Research on Poverty and Alleviation (REPOA) and Afrobarometer reports the findings of the Afrobarometer survey of 2005. The survey concentrates on a variety of issues related to corruption. Overall, the findings suggest that the government of Tanzania may be achieving at least modest success via its current efforts: public perceptions of its efforts are improving, while reported experiences with corruption appear to be on the decline.
