This report, published by the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments, tackles three main topics. The first, parliament and public relations, accounts for the most relevant part. The topics within the public relations part are the publication of reports and information, visits by the public, dealings with the press and relations with the broadcasting media. Some additional notes are attached concerning some examples (France, Japan, Germany and the Philippines).
