Since the mid-1990s many legislative bodies increasingly have used the Internet to make their activities and their documents accessible. This use of the Internet is part of the larger evolution of e-government, which is intended, among other things, to facilitate communication between governments and citizens. What is not yet evident is the quality of e-government web sources. The purpose of this document is to identify best practices to improve the quality of parliament’s website.
