The Score Card has been complied using the criteria by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU). This is the second such evaluation, the first one being carried in 2009. As a background to carrying out this evaluation, PILDAT consulted a selected group of parliamentarians, parliamentary staff, parliamentary reporters and academics on the need, process, parameters, and public dissemination of performance of the National Assembly.
