It is the purpose of this Report to make recommendations which will better reconcile the necessary purpose of Parliament with the reasonable expectation of the people to have access to the processes by which they govern themselves. In this report, attention goes to connecting with young people, provision of information for the public, visitors to the parliamentary estate, public petitions, the relationship with the media and communication between members and their constituents.
