In this report, the Financial Accountability and Anti-corruption Team (FACT) at DFID presents recommendations on: (a) how to work with legislatures to improve financial accountability and promote public budgeting; and (b) how to improve donor co-ordination and harmonization in legislative strengthening, particularly in the context of Poverty Reduction Budget Support.
