Parliament is about relationships, principally with citizens, but also with and among political parties, the executive and between individual members and their parties. In this paper, the authors identify areas of weakness as well as some actions parliamentarians, political parties and the executive could use in order to strengthen the relationships that are at the heart of Canadian democracy. This is the summary report.
